L257 Humpback Whale
While traveling to Juneau, Alaska, I was able to take a whale watching boat trip into the Inside Passage.
These Humpback Whales were frequently sighted, and for someone who had never seen whales that close, it was an amazing experience and a highlight of the trip. I took hundreds and hundreds of photographs.
This particular whale has individual markings on her tail, which you see the front and the back as you walk by. The whale's name is Flame and she travels between these waters of Alaska in summer to the waters around Hawaii in winter.
2-phase lenticular art, that changes as the viewer moves.
